The blue blood flowed like wine at the GUGGENHEIM last nite when photographer and white-hot downtown art star RYAN McGINLEY was honored at the institution’s annual Chloe-sponsored Young Collectors Council Artist’s Ball. It was a Page Six affair all-around with a guest A-list of downtown hipsters and shakers in attendance—looking fabulous for fabulosity’s sake—all of whom seemed gloriously oblivious to the real purpose of the nite’s festivities: honoring McGinley’s prodigious body of work and raising funds to acquire works by emerging artists for the museum’s permanent collection. BLONDE REDHEAD provided the background music while the would-be debutantes networked their pretty little heads off. HAVE A LOOK:
