Doesn’t that picture just make you wanna get your sideburns cut all pointy?…

At a time when the vinyl toy scene has reached an all time level of boredom and repetition, we have this little gem to keep us going: Signature ’80s artist (think Duran Duran’s “Rio” cover) and the man single-handedly responsible for all those bad hair salon signs that persist to this day, PATRICK NAGEL, has teamed with Super Rad Toys to produce a 14″ tall vinyl figure of one of his iconic high-contrast girls. And while the translation from 2D to sculpture may leave more than a little something to be desired, we still love this thing for its sheer “fuck you” value. While all your cubicle-mates revel in their desktop Dunny collections, you can take pride in displaying a semi-nude symbol of your now faded youth and all those cokebinge nites of yore knowing in your heart of hearts that this toy will never, ever, ever be cool. Or collectible. Of course, some “paint your own Nagel figure” show will probably come around next month and ruin this whole thing. HAVE A LOOK:
